Zahki is Vice President of Legal, Private Equity, and Operations at Antimatter Business Partners.

Prior to joining Antimatter, Zahki was a business and finance attorney at an Am Law 100 law firm, where he focused on transactional matters, primarily Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Strategic and Commercial Investments. Zahki also served as Legal Counsel for one of the largest financial institutions in the United States.
